For all your building control requirements
The building management system design process can begin, once all requirements of the specification or scope of works have been clarified and the principal designer has approved all mechanical plant for procurement.
Our design process begins with the collation of all mechanical plant information and their relevant locations so schedules of equipment and BMS points lists can be generated. This information is then presented as our preliminary technical submittal, detailing all power, control and monitoring elements associated with each intelligent motor control centre.
Once the preliminary technical submittal has been approved by the principal design team, we can proceed with the intelligent motor control centre design and produce drawings for approval before commencement of the build process.
The two points of approval are essential so that any changes to the building or mechanical design can be captured and these changes can be implemented within our design process before panel manufacture. This will greatly improve the productivity of all commissioning aspects of the HVAC plant and therefore will save time and cost at the end of the project.
